Silicone Swiss Roll Baking Mat for Even Baking
This silicone Swiss roll baking mat is designed for sponge cakes, jelly rolls, Swiss rolls, cookies, pastry sheets and other flat desserts. Its 1 cm (0.39 in) raised edge helps keep batter contained during baking.
Made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone, the flexible non-stick surface supports easier release and cleaning. It is reusable, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, freezer safe and heat-resistant. The format is also well suited to Christmas Yule logs and seasonal rolled-cake collections.
