1995

MANUFACTURING ROOTS BEGIN
Manufacturing roots began in Ningbo through Ningbo Yinzhou Dongfang Rubber Factory, building long-term production experience in silicone and rubber products.

1998–2003

WORKSHOP CAPACITY & PROCESS FOUNDATIONS
During this period, the factory strengthened workshop organization and daily production discipline. Practical systems were developed around production scheduling, raw-material coordination, supplier communication, and order follow-up, helping the business support repeat orders with more stable lead times and clearer responsibility across the workshop.

2004–2009

TOOLING & PRODUCT ADAPTATION
As customer requirements became more specific, the team increased its focus on tooling coordination, size adjustment, material selection, finishing details, and packaging compatibility. This stage laid the groundwork for handling products that required more than standard production, including samples, variations, and buyer-specific specifications.

2010–2015

QUALITY-FOCUSED MANUFACTURING UPGRADE
The manufacturing approach became more quality-focused, with greater attention to material consistency, in-process checks, surface finishing, and packaging appearance. By refining these practical controls, the team worked to reduce avoidable variation and build a stronger foundation for reliable repeat production.

Ningbo Haotai Rubber Co., Ltd. was established as the customer-facing B2B export company, serving overseas buyers with product development, OEM/ODM support, quotation, export coordination and after-sales communication.
